We face AIDS every day in the United States and our urban communities were among the first places in the world to experience the devastation of HIV. San Francisco was one of the first communities to do something about it.
Next Monday, December 1, is World AIDS Day.
We at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation will be out in the streets on World AIDS Day to show our community that HIV/AIDS is still a devastating disease and remind everyone that thousands of people are living with HIV and AIDS.
Will you support our efforts? Visit http://www.sfaf.org/ for more information on the current status of HIV and AIDS in our world.
